Capall Dorcha Theatre Company are currently recruiting for the following staff to join the organisation here in Ardrossan within our Education and Outreach programme of ‘Ensemble’.

Finance Manager

Will focus on the operational and financial management of the organisation on a day-to-day basis, writing funding applications and working with the Chief Executive to secure funding and ensure sustainability beyond the initial funding.

As a young social enterprise in its third year of operation, Capall Dorcha is looking for an individual with the skills, drive and enthusiasm to help the organisation to build on our initial successful programmes, grow our work and become sustainable in the long term.

Creative Learning Officer

Will use their passion for theatre arts to bring the ‘Ensemble’ programme to local young people and adults with little or no previous experience of theatre and create a network of volunteers to sustain and grow the project.

In an area of Scotland with the lowest cultural participation, this role is vital to the success and growth of our work so that we can reach, involve and inspire more of that community.
